Last updated 12 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ArtifexOne collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit artifexone.com. It does not cover our products, such as Keishal, which are governed by their own privacy notices.

1. Who we are

The website at artifexone.com is operated by [Company legal name, S.L.] ("ArtifexOne", "we", "us"), the company behind Keishal and Taolatt.

Registered address: [Registered address]. Tax identification number: [NIF / CIF].

For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to privacy@artifexone.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies only to the artifexone.com website. Our products have their own privacy notices, and we are not the data controller for the data you submit inside those products.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call through the scheduling page, you provide your name, your email address, and anything else you choose to add in the booking form. When you use the newsletter field, your email program opens a pre-filled message addressed to news@artifexone.com, and we receive whatever you send. If you email us or contact us through any other channel, we receive the content of that message and your contact details.

Information collected automatically, with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, collects usage and device information such as the pages you view, the page that referred you, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type.

Information collected automatically, without cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure traffic in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites.

Your cookie choice. We store a small cookie that records the cookie preferences you set in the banner.

4. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and to schedule and prepare for a call you request.
  • To send you the newsletter, if you ask for it.
  • To understand how the website is used and to improve it, where you have consented to analytics.
  • To keep the website secure, available, and working correctly.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

5. Legal bases

We process personal data under the following legal bases set out in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

  • Your consent, for analytics cookies and for sending you the newsletter.
  • Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding, when you contact us or book a call.
  • Our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and in measuring traffic in aggregate.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation, where one applies.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Our Cookie Policy describes each cookie in detail.

7. Who we share information with

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we disclose it to other parties only where the law requires it or where it is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. The providers we work with are:

  • Cal.com, for the call scheduling feature.
  • Google, for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Vercel, for website hosting and aggregate traffic measurement.
  • Our email provider, for receiving and sending email.

8. International transfers

Some of these providers, including Google, Cal.com, and Vercel, are based in or process personal data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or by Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional safeguards, as required by the GDPR.

9. How long we keep your information

  • Booking requests and related correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, after which they are deleted.
  • Newsletter contact details: until you ask to be removed.
  • Analytics data: for the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
  • Cookie consent record: about 12 months from your last choice.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@artifexone.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at www.aepd.es.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
